Thanks so much. Thanks, I love to use different colors and style for each picture (unless I am lazy). I tend to overuse 28 days later font, but thanks so much.
OMG, yes, I love the raining icons and it took someone else on my friends list to do a raining icon to force me to found how to do it.

OOh, I love your icon. Ianto is love, esp. in the rain.

I made this
Photobucket on a layer, but I didn't use the black bg, but it makes no effect on the picture if you do that way. I then put layer on screen and made the opacity about 67. I cannot really remember. Also, if you want the red to be softer without using the opacity past 60, you can blur it. I did that also.

I use PS7, I hope this was helpful and not at all confusing...was it?
